VIP PROTECTION PLAN

Heating and Cooling Maintenance of existing equipment Checklist. ATLAIR will inspect, calibrate (when applicable) and maintain the following: Thermostat, up to 1” standard air filter, temperature drop, condenser coil cleaning, check airflow, electrical connections, amp, and volt draw on motors, refrigerant charge, condensate drain, capacitors, refrigerant leaks, contactor, compressor, compressor terminals, service disconnect, inspect circuit breakers, evaporator coil (when accessible) and cycle test for proper operation, heat exchanger, temperature rise, fan control, furnace safety controls, gas line safety, gas valve operation, ignition system, all electrical connections, gas pressure, back-up heat elements, sequencer operation, volt, and amp draw on motors, circuit breakers, reversing valve operation, defrost control and cycle test for proper operation.

Exclusions: Energy-saving accessories, Zoning Systems, Solar Ready accessories, Relays boards, Smart Thermostats, Standard Thermostats, IAQ equipment such us, Plasma cleaners, Ion Cleaners, Electrostatic filters, UV lights, Carbon filters, Replacement of humidifier pads, high-efficiency media air filters, Refrigerant R410/R22, Thermostat batteries.

Minor Repairs INCLUDED: Repair, and Replace of Dual Capacitors, Single capacitors, Contactors, 3-5Amp Fuse, Relays, Sequencers, Pressure Switch, Igniter, Flame sensor, Inducer to Pressure switch tubing, Non-Programmable T-Stat if damaged, Condensate Pump, flood switch, secondary drain flow switch, outdoor coil chemical cleaning if need it, 24v Low Voltage Transformer, solenoid reverse valve, Pilot lighting, thermocouple replacement, pilot burner cleaning, Schrader valve core, Electrical connectors replacements, standard caps, High limit switch, roller switch.

Major Repairs INCLUDED: Replacing Condenser Fan Motor, Blower Fan Motor, Gas Valve, Inducer Draft Motor, Furnace Control, Heat-pump Board Control, Defrost board Control, Heat Strips, Blower Assembly, Fan Blade, Refrigerant Leak test, Refrigerant Leak Repair, Replacing Reverse valve, high and low-pressure switches, Compressor heater element, Service valves, Compressor 1-time, TXV, Filter dryer in line, Refrigerant Accumulator Tank, indoor coil cleaning.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This agreement is a maintenance agreement, not an insurance policy, extended warranty, or service contract. This agreement is between the Seller and the Purchaser and provides for certain inspections and maintenance services for your heating, cooling, and plumbing equipment selected on the front page of this agreement as indicated herein.

I. This agreement starts at 12:01 a.m. local time on the effective date identified on the front of this agreement and extends one year period following the effective date as indicated on the front of this agreement.

II. The cost of this agreement is $15 a month for a year.(Per System) This can be paid by scheduling a monthly electronic bank transfer, credit card monthly billing payment or paid by check card or cash in a one-time payment.

III. If a customer wants to change the filter more often, additional visits for air filter replacement only will be $35 up to 1” filter standard MERV 8. A specialty filter will add to this price.

IV. This agreement provides for specified maintenance and inspections for the heating, and cooling equipment listed on the front of this agreement.

V. ATLAIR and the client will work together to schedule an appointment for performing the services. If a service call will be needed, the customer can call ATLAIR by telephone 404-654-3484, schedule an appointment by internet at www.atlairhvac.com, schedule an appointment, or by text or email.

VI. Appointments for regular maintenance calls will be scheduled based on availability, for emergency service calls we have a response time of 48 hours.

VII. We will provide the following benefits to you during the term of this agreement with respect to the selected equipment:

a. We will perform one-time maintenance and inspection on the air conditioning and heating equipment listed on the front of this agreement during the term.
b. We will perform minor and major repairs to the customer’s unit while this agreement is in effect.
c. Maintenance and inspections include services listed under the maintenance checklist section.
d. Listed equipment must be accessible, for outdoor coil cleaning a water hose must be available within 10ft of the outdoor unit.
e. Maintenance and inspections will be scheduled and performed Monday through Friday, NO holidays.
f. This agreement will cover MINOR REPAIRS AND MAJOR REPAIRS at no cost for the customer
g. For all other services needed, we will provide you with priority service in scheduling your appointment over non-agreement customers.

VIII. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by vandalism, natural disasters, tampering, misuse, etc. Operating the equipment not following the manufacturer’s recommendations or after a major repair is advised by ATLAIR.

IX. Loss, Damage, or Expense Due to Delay. Unless the services to be performed by ATLAIR on behalf of the Customer are delayed by reason of the negligence or other fault of the Company, The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Customer because of such delay.

X. Repairs, Upgrades, or modifications made by the customer or contracted by the customer outside this agreement with any other company than ATLAIR resulting in malfunction of the unit will not be covered and may incur an extra cost.

XI. Major and Minor Repairs to the listed heating, and air conditioning equipment during the term of this agreement will receive a 100% discount on our flat-rate pricing.

XII. Warranty will apply to materials and labor as long as the customer keeps this maintenance plan unless it is specified in writing at the time of service or repairs.

IV. This agreement will expire or be transferred as follows:
A) This agreement will expire on the expiration date on the front of this form.
B) This agreement is not transferable if you sell your home.
C) Service will not be provided on any past-due account and this agreement can be canceled by us for fraud, material misrepresentation, your failure to make payments required under this agreement when due, or your failure to make payments for any services or goods rendered or provided by us to you, whether in connection with this agreement or otherwise.

V. This agreement can be canceled as follows:
A) Within the first three days following the effective date (see instructions below).
B) Beyond the first three days, ATLAIR will refund the unused portion of the cost of membership within 21 business days. Refunds are calculated pro-rata based on the unused portion less any service provided and any discounts received during the term of this agreement.

THREE DAY AGREEMENT CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS: YOU HAVE 3 DAYS FROM THE AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE DATE TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 21 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT BY THE SELLER OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE, AND ANY SECURITY INTEREST ARISING OUT OF THIS TRANSACTION WILL BE CANCELLED. IF YOU CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SELLER FOR ANY GOODS, SERVICES, AND DISCOUNTS RECEIVED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR THE GOODS, SERVICES, AND DISCOUNTS RECEIVED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, THE AGREEMENT WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT AND YOU WILL REMAIN LIABLE FOR PERFORMANCE OF ALL OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
